Rebrand
We guided the Russian market in the process of a complete brand overhaul to become more in-line with the global KFC brand. This involved a new brand tone of voice, an update to the brand identity and launching the Colonel—a fairly unknown character in the market at the time.
The redesign included updating the identity across typography, logos, packaging, menu boards, restaurant staff uniforms, website and mobile app design. As well as recommendations on how to shoot product, and a system for directional OOH. All design work was delivered as an extensive set of guidelines for local market adoption & implementation.
